Welcome to the Creamery
I'm Dr. B, dessert enthusiast and self-certified creamerist. If you're a well-adjusted person (i.e., someone who likes ice cream), I think we'll get along famously.
Our Story
Dr. B's creamery was founded by Dr. B, shortly after he defended his dissertation in 2022. In fact, it was the promise of founding the creamery that got him over the finish line: "Mr. B's Creamery" just didn't have the right ring. Anyway, the only reasonable thing to do with a PhD in rhetoric is to make videos about ice cream, so Dr. B got right to work, pouring the same procrastinatory determination into making all kinds of ice cream in all kinds of ways that he put into his scholarship.

In other words, Dr. B's Creamery is the product of an English professor doing a food scientist's job. So nothing can go wrong, and we're all having fun.

There have been unsubstantiated rumors that Dr. B is related to Andrew from the hit show Writing with Andrew. When contacted, representatives of both parties declined to comment. We can neither confirm nor deny a connection, but, let's just ask: when did you ever see them together in the same room?
